You can walk with someone in groups or alone but we need someone on the track at all times. We will have a company tent with food and drinks place to sit and rest. We need to decorate the tent for judging so put your thinking caps on. The sign up sheets are in the office with pleadge envelopes. The compny is going to have a fun day on the new lot that was just purcashed since construction won't start til August. We have some local companies that have offered coffee and doughnuts, a slushie machine, a cotten cancy machine, icecream, our company will put up tents cook hotogs, hamburgers, fries, soda, water, we also have prizes being donated, we want to set up kids games and have our workings running them, we will offier space for the public to sell crafts at $20 a spot. So any ideas for this event are welcomed as well.
